Delivery Information
Delivery quotes are for mainland UK only, if you require international
delivery, please contact us at: info@kaiinteriors.com
Please note: delivery charges are quoted including VAT.
To make sure your delivery is going to be accepted at the delivery address,
please assure all of the necessary requirements are checked before ordering.
Due to COVID- 19 (coronavirus) supply of perspex and ribbed effect
polycarbonate is suffering from some delays. Please be aware that delivery
times are subject to change on the basis of lead times for the
inserts. However, you (the customer) will be informed about all the
updates and changes regarding your order by email. KAI Interiors and Mayan
Furniture are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by COVID-19
(coronavirus)
International deliveries are subject to border and customs checks. You
will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes incurred. You will
also need to provide any information required to clear your goods through your
country’s customs. KAI Interiors and Mayan Furniture are not liable for any
delays caused by border/ customs checks.
Please check your parcel and goods when they are delivered to ensure
they are not damaged from the transit. Should any damage to the product or
packaging be found please document this through photography and send it to us
immediately as well as marking as damaged with the courier.
Returns Policy
Great attention to detail and quality is put into our products. Each of
our social distancing screens and furniture is bespoke, meaning they are
designed from scratch and built to the specific
measurements chosen by you (the customer) when ordering.
Therefore, each screen is unique and there could be
minor variations between each, however, if in, the unlikely situation
that the product is faulty due to a manufacturing issue please follow our return procedure stated below.
We offer an exchange of social distancing screens and furniture provided
that they are returned to our warehouse at 5 Scottow Enterprise Park Coltishall
Airfield, Norwich NR10 5FB, United Kingdom in the same condition it was
delivered and in the original packaging.
You are liable for the cost when returning the product to us. Make sure
they are in the same condition as when you received them.
We are unable to offer any refunds on bespoke products (social
distancing screens and furniture)

These terms and conditions will apply to all sales of products made and
supplied by KAI Interiors to our customers.
Cancellation and order amendments
Where the goods are "made to order"/ ”bespoke” you cannot:
- amend or cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order
- return the goods for a refund unless faulty due to a manufacturing
issue
